Buying a swimsuit or a bra is a joy, and unlike twenty years ago, you don't need to break the bank for the good ones.

How to get the right bra

The basis is to know your size. Most of the ladies are still fumbling. They usually buy a larger volume (circumference under the breasts) and a smaller basket. At first glance, the bra seems to fit. However, most of the time the part on the back loosens and starts to move upwards during the first all-day wear. Breasts do not have proper support and suffer. And if a lady decides to lean forward, her breasts will fall out of her bra.

Fortunately, today saleswomen can give advice. Most ladies leave the store with a smaller volume and a deeper cup. Often, from 75 B for the client, it becomes an incredible 70 D or even 65 E. Ladies with a larger bust will appreciate the fact that in the right bra size, the breasts will be lifted and strengthened. The right size often turns a voluminous lady into a lady with a beautiful big neckline.

Size is not the only thing that the Czechs often struggled with. Cut, material, maintenance and, after all, brand are no less important. Ladies can choose the cut according to when and where they will wear the bra. Sporty, strapless, neckline or balcony look different under clothes. It is good to have several variants in your wardrobe and alternate them according to your outerwear.

Ladies with a larger volume should always pay attention to wider straps, because the narrow ones will not hold large breasts. Either the breasts are sagging, or the lady's shoulders are chafed. Both are wrong. The most common materials are cotton, smooth or so-called plastic - lace.

The basis is that the breasts 'feel good'. It is really necessary to try on the bra and take the time to do so. Today, maintenance is very simple thanks to gentle washing programs and canvas or mesh laundry bags. However, old grandmother's instructions are the most gentle - wash the bra in baby shampoo. It actually lasts longer.

Underwear brands are almost a separate science. It is no longer the case that only the French and Italians produce quality underwear and that it costs a fortune. Suitable bras can also be purchased in regular ready-to-wear. The truth is that they don't last as long as the famous brands.

On the other hand, you can buy a lot more for the same money. However, it's good to have at least one premium model in your wardrobe that will last for ages with proper care.

Intimissimi, Etam or Clavin Klein are the leading brands in our country today. These are medium-sized brands that usually offer a good price/quality ratio. Liz Charmel, Aubade, Simone Perele, Chantelle and Victoria Secret have been among the premium brands for years. You can normally buy all but the last American one in Czech stores.

However, if you do not know your size well, it is a good idea to go shopping and get advice. After several visits to the store, you can also order tried-and-tested brands online.
