It will be two years since Eva Urbanová and I last saw each other. Back then, we sat across from each other in a cafe full of people and had breakfast. A lot has changed in that time. Due to the ubiquitous coronavirus, we do not meet in the bistro, but only on the screens of our phones. In addition, Eva Urbanová withdrew from the management of the Nila stores and handed over the management to her husband Pavlo.

“We always did Nila with Pavel. He led the operational and financial management or helped me with it. Over time, Paul's role grew until it made much more sense for us to hand over leadership. Moreover, I think he does it better than me," laughs Eva and Pavlo, sitting next to each other in their Prague office, so that they can be clearly seen on the phone screen.
