"I am very sorry that Česká pošta did not perceive Zásilkovna as a partner that has been helping it for a long time and is supportive of cooperation, just as state and commercial companies operate in the field of logistics abroad. The post office was constantly raising prices that did not correspond to the volume of shipments submitted, and as a result of this regular increase in prices, we got to the point where we lost basically every shipment, ”described the co-owner of the Shipyard Simona Kijonková on the company's website.

In addition, the company had a service quality analysis found and found that the post office delivered only less than 15 percent of its shipments last day within the day of delivery to the Shipyard.

"Dissatisfied customers then turned to us, which significantly damaged our reputation," Kijonková added.

She added that the termination of cooperation with the post office will probably lead to an improvement in the company's services.

"Although Zásilkovna will no longer be our client, but a competitor, we appreciate our cooperation so far and wish us much success in the further global expansion that Zásilkovna has declared. With her approach, she was able to change the habits of her customers and she will certainly succeed without the support of the Czech Post, ”responded ČP spokeswoman Matyáš Vitík.

He added that the new prices for 2021 had been negotiated with the Mail Order, but will no longer be the case.
