“Given that the total unpaid amount of parental allowance - CZK 582 million - in 2017 was 2.5 percent of the total amount of funds for parental allowances this year, the change on the state budget does not have a major impact on the state budget.Its long -term social and economic benefits resulting from the improvement of demographic parameters of Czech society will compensate for these costs, ”wrote Juchelka on his proposal three years ago.
