Forest nursery is newly defined as a building without a building where the entire educational process takes place in nature, and it is necessary to have any facilities that should not be a fixed building.The kindergartens they now want can enter the register of schools and become a “forest kindergarten”.Some have already done it, others can continue to devote themselves to children under the title "Forest Club".The registered kindergartens will gradually get the opportunity to draw contributions to the pupil and can educate children from September even in the compulsory pre -school year.

Did the forest nurser registered in the register any special new duties? How much in forest nurseries is paid on average?.On average between five and ten thousand crowns per month.We are at the lower limit of the Prize for Private Nursery.We're not doing business, it just can't go.When someone wants to realize their business intention in kindergarten, they must have a fixed construction, which just excludes the forest nursery.It's a very good fuse for us.Forest nursery is not a way to get rich even though this type of education is now very popular.It is very demanding, both physically and in terms of experience and knowledge of the specifics of outdoor education and I could continue.In addition, all participants, whether founders, guides and parents, must have a lot of enthusiasm, a lot of will to do this type of kindergarten.And this starts, for example, with a baby's clothing, it must be of good quality, even if I don't say that it is not possible to get cheaply.For example, we have shorter operating hours because we follow light, for example in winter it is difficult.It follows that a parent really has to be interested and we are definitely not for everyone.

Is the Association of Forest Nursery Nursery with statutory arrangements.Managed to push them through pressure from below? We managed to enforce something with a common effort.Association is not just the five women who go to ministries, for MEPs and explain.And it is necessary.Imagine MPs in his office, snowing outside and he must think at that moment that when children are in such a weather all day out there, someone had to go crazy.Over the past seven years we have survived, standing on the ground, showing that our work makes sense and can even realize.We have about one hundred and fifty kindergartens and initiatives.The founding boom is slowly fading and it is ahead of us to prove the quality and sustainable development in all respects.This is the task for the next seven years (laughs).

There are currently increasing parents who no longer want to educate their children in classic institutions?.They are actually "Husak's children" and generation after them, born around 1990.Their whole life attitude requires a change compared to their parents.And it also reflects the need for innovation and alternatives in education, not only forest nurseries.The trend is to have varied education and forest nurseries are one of many options.

What parents are looking for forest nurseries?.We are in a small island of greenery in the middle of the city.This is probably a symbol of what those people are looking for.Many of us do not have natural contact with nature that would result from everyday life but we have the need, we have it in memory.And there is a grief in us, perhaps after the best we experienced as children.The beauty was at the grandmother in the village, at the cottage with parents, where we walked all dirty behind hens, stream, in the forest and no one was watching us.On a more rational level, people just think that outdoor stay is healthy.And these are the most common sentences that I hear from my parents in the enrollment in kindergarten.They know that if a child went to a normal kindergarten around the corner, it would be outside an hour a day, maybe two.And realize that in their very busy life they are unable to catch up with children.

So it is primarily about obtaining soft skills in forest nurseries? Forest nurseries have a variety of goals.But it is clear that there is usually no knowledge and information.In general, we emphasize competences as described by the Framework Educational Plan and Standards for Education.I can describe it from the perspective of stars in the forest, which is very small and deliberately mineral community kindergarten.We focus on what is not entirely getting in society.I think children need to experience and thus learn kindness, care, compassion and cooperation and other social skills.

How do you understand, for example, compassion? When we worked with our colleagues our Code of Ethics, we just focused on the concept of compassion.When I simplify it a lot, it's the art of listening to the other.Be able to empathize with his situation.Assess.Be able to stop and expand if what I am going to do, kind, true and if it is even needed.

Do all forest kindergartens work like this? You have created in the association and the evaluation scale.How do you judge kindergartens?And is the evaluation of public as a source of information for parents? We have been standing forest kindergartens for four years, we recommend the optimum level that individual kindergartens should achieve.This can thus obtain our quality certificate that is of course important information for parents.Probably the most important part of the evaluation process is the interview of the mentor with the kindergarten coordinator.For example, we assess whether the kindergarten has its internal evaluation criteria, personnel standards, communication with parents, control mechanisms - link to pages.It is voluntary for kindergartens, but we want to make as many kindergartens as possible to realize it is good to meet.

What are the educational needs of contemporary children.Do you monitor its transformation over time? In particular, the conditions under which the needs can meet.Thirty -forty years ago, the first forest nurseries appeared in Germany, before somehow naturally, no one thought to a greater extent, because until then the children were running outside and played neighbors in the courtyards and gardens.Currently, the age at which the child comes to an educational institution is transported by car, bus, subway.The slow time is diminishing.Qualitative, slow time is a newly defined need for a child.Previously there was another deficit, such as information, cultural-social components, enough quality food.We miss the quality time today.This changes the definition of kindergarten.Our concept fits into that.And it is also important in the need for a simplicity.To the caravan or yurt just can't fit too much things.And thus an emphasis on relationship, interpersonal contact and mutual learning.And all this happens even in meaningful work.For example, it is necessary to make fire, heat water, sweep snow out of the way.It is precisely these simple and obvious activities that a qualitative time arises.It's not philosophically complicated, only people realized that our souls just after this starving.

And modern technology is not allowed to you? What should a parent looking for a suitable kindergarten can contribute to orientation on the Association's website, we also have a link to standards and educational projects.We place a lot of emphasis on lifelong education because pre -school education in the forest simply has its specifics.But the parent must ask himself in advance what good pre -school education means to him.People usually come up with an unspecified idea, looking for respect and liberal education, they want to protect children from any pressure.But the ideal motivation is not negation, know what I do not want, but on the contrary it should be that I know exactly what I want.And that's exactly what I recommend to think of the positive points I expect.And if there is the daily contact with nature, then the forest kindergarten is the right choice.And people should ask about the content of kindergarten, educational program and educational goals.And every kindergarten has written and the guides will be happy to tell him about it.If there is a harmony, it is good.This is what the selection of every kindergarten or school should be done.
