The name of his channel in free translation means Ryan evaluates toys and that's exactly what he is about. More than 17.3 million people are taking videos from it, and the total number of views is almost 26 billion.

"I'm funny and funny," Ryan told an NBC reporter who asked why he was so popular. Unlike other Forbes youtubers, most of its revenue comes directly from YouTube ads.

Only about one million of the estimated 22 are external sponsorships, says Forbes. This includes, for example, companies that want Ryan to show their products in their videos.

For the other youtubers in the top ten, it's just the opposite - most of their income comes from contracts with other companies and product placement.

Money for the future

Some people find Ryan's channel controversial. Ryan ToysReview sees a large number of YouTube viewers as simply abusing a child by his parents. They established the canal when Ryan was four years old.

Ryan's profits are likely to grow further next year. He has concluded several contracts with American stores, such as Hulu or Amazon. They resell the toys he opened in his videos. Since October, the Walmart chain has also been selling a special edition of toys that bear Ryan's name.

Fifteen percent of Ryan's income must now be deposited by law in a bank account, to which the boy will not have access until he reaches the age of majority, the BBC reports. Thanks to the YouTube channel, you probably won't have to worry about money in the near future.

Rap or tricks are also popular

American actor Jake Paul took second place in the ranking of the richest youtubers. According to Forbes, his estimated revenue rose to $ 21.5 million, mainly due to his popularity of rap songs.

In third place was the Dude Perfect quintet, which specializes in creating videos with tricks that require high dexterity and precision - for example, throwing a basketball hoop from a height of over 180 meters. The group broke the world record. However, it only maintained it until January of this year, when it was surpassed by people from the Australian channel How Ridiculous.
