Books on politicians are a phenomenon of this year's campaign. Andrej Babiš wrote his own book, and a book about Robert Šlacht, Ivan Bartoš, Petr Fial and Lubomír Volný was published, who sold it to his supporters at meetings. Some are part of the campaign, some are not. Is this a new trend? Books have been published in the past, but it has not been so numerous. It was usually the case that one or two politicians, a summary of their ideas or programs, published in the campaign. It was about interpreting the political period. The book was owned by Jiří Paroubek, Miloš Zeman, Mirek Topolánek and Václav Klaus, who continues to publish books.
