Jan Urban: One election victory over "Zemanobabiš" is not enough - HlídacíPes.org<

COMMENT. Photos from the Slovak President's courtesy visit and one servile TV interview, both taken a few days ago in the Central Military Hospital's hospital room, revealed an unexpected amount of information about President Miloš Zeman's mental and physical health, as well as the abilities of his associates. Definitely more than they would like.

To many, the following observations may seem unimportant, but the opposite is true in politics.

When US President Joe Biden had to undergo an examination last week without anesthesia, Vice President Kamala Harris took over all presidential powers for about 70 minutes. The American media and the public were immediately informed and fully informed.

We were not allowed to know anything at all about the state of the Czech president, who, according to the photos, was brought to the hospital quite possibly unconscious. However, according to the official statements of the co-workers, the imaginary commander managed everything very well and, in addition, he really liked the cakes and sausages.

Is that the president as before?

Accepting the highest constitutional official of the closest country of the Slovak Republic in a robe, under which pajama pants protrude, reveals not only personal disrespect beyond the borders of bourgeoisie, but also that the people responsible for the protocol together with the nearest personal assistants can no longer persuade the president to do such a difficult act. such as clothes pants before the state visit.

I try to imagine how the citizens of the Czech Republic would feel if the German Chancellor took over the head of the Czech state in pajamas and slippers.

EVERY MORNING THE BEST OF WATCHING PEOPLE.ORG

A day later, during an interview with the resigned Prime Minister Andrej Babiš, the presidential pajamas replaced at least the trousers from the suit, but the dark blue robe remained. How difficult can it be for a cooperating patient to put on a jacket? This is said to be "the president as before?"

A later interview with moderator Rey Koranteng from TV Nova showed the million and eight hundred thousand viewers the president with demonically untidy and uncut hair for weeks. So much for the look.

The TV performance commissioned by the castle had only one purpose: to remind us that no change is possible for Miloš Zeman. His belief that, as president, he is the only legitimate interpreter of the constitution has remained unshakable, even though only his closest associates and committed companions share it.

He still perceives himself as an untouchable and infallible existence that he simply cannot err. He considers his chosen co-workers just as untouchable. Zeman called Vratislav Mynář, a convicted liar, who was also investigated on suspicion of several crimes, "a great official and, in addition, a good friend of mine." And that was the end of the debate for him.

Fear of Zeman's surroundings

The president wrote a less emphatic moderator and contradicted the truth, saying that he had already "answered the question about the chancellor", emphasizing that this was a "tabloid topic" which was not worth "wasting time". Koranteng could not react at all to his statement, "You must not believe everything that journalists write when they usually write about things they do not understand at all." At the same time, it was enough for him to read some openly untrue information that Vratislav Mynář had provided to the public and political representatives in previous weeks.

Miloš Zeman is a visibly ill person who acts as if he is not part of any constitutional order and control system. It was as if he was above all order, and other people in politics had to bow before his genius and listen. As it is written - he is a sick person. Until now, he has been going through it, because since 2013 he has either composed all governments himself (Jiří Rusnok), or he has ruled over the blackmail of their prime ministers (Sobotka, Babiš) and the appointment of ministers devoted to him.

That's it. Andrej Babiš's unwanted merit for forcing the fragmented and long-underestimated opposition to seek common ground will remain. But it is equally important to remember that until the moment of the election victory, there was no consistent voice of criticism in the opposition parties towards the president.

Jan Urban: Jedno volební vítězství nad „Zemanobabišem“ nestačí — HlídacíPes.org

Political parties, especially the ODS and the Pirates, did not dare to listen to the alarming warning of Senator Pavel Fischer and the Senate Security Committee he led, which already in June proposed the president's at least temporary removal from office under Constitutional Article 66.

Today, they can no longer avoid confrontation with Miloš Zeman. It is still unclear whether they realize that the president does not want to negotiate. As always, he only wants proof of subordination and confirmation of his unwritten privileges. So it's about everything.

The president's surroundings already understand that the coming clash may be their last battle. The coalition must realize that one election victory over "Zemanobabish" is not enough. To rehabilitate constitutionality and democracy in the Czech Republic, many more victories over the "old order" must come. This is called responsibility.

When Havel was unable to hold the presidency for many months, where were you with your condemnations, moralisms, advice? But it's only good that you're digging yourself up like this and that decent people can more easily understand what you really are and what people like you are.

Dear author, in case of a serious illness, the popes, emperors and kings also received visits in "non-protocol clothing".

Otherwise, I am of the opinion that the comrades from the five-party coalition are very well aware that the next time they will have significantly fewer voters to fight with the pre-election coalitions, and that some of the parties that remained outside after the last election are likely to enter the Chamber.

I do not know why people who do not live here and do not even want to live here should vote. In addition, they have only very vague and strongly distorted ideas about what is happening in the Czech Republic. And a bad choice will not affect them in any way. But we will have to eat the result of their stupidity and ignorance.

So, I would like to remind you that the electoral gains from the citizen permanently abroad will not be so big, because they are all together, I count only in one selected region. But I would guess the file from if. So the corresponding vote will allow all of us and then the usual chaos will break out with us.

Nothing is good or bad. It is always a matter of the ratio of the good and the bad, in other words, the most harmful are the extremes. This also applies to the boundless democracy and boundless political correctness shown by the winners of the presidential election, and one can only wish that they did not act so "correctly" against the outgoing representatives of the ruling party, which did not match the Communist party. From an economic point of view, the Babiš family suffered comparable damage in 8 years as the Communists in 40 years. JK

I believe that the President will prolong the appointment of the government as much as possible. That Babiš would properly enjoy the current wave of Covida, because he allowed himself not to recall Koudelka and to show his "superpowers" by various, even unconstitutional, interventions against the proposed formation of the new government. Two flies with one blow.

Does anyone really think that a hospitalized patient will receive hospital visits in a suit?

Every normal person in such a state will resign and live in peace. I probably don't know what it's good for our president. aggressive but informative and great for me.

That communism with its centrally controlled, planned economy in our country and elsewhere in the world was ultimately unsuccessful is probably a generally accepted objective fact…

But when you base on the world rankings… It is also necessary to realize that the second half of the 20th century (ie what coincides with the communist regime in our country from 1948-1989) was a very dynamic time in the world in this respect - and to give just such a random example, such as South Korea, which has since progressed from a rather backward country to a situation where it has at least already begun to become one of the world's possible 20 economies, has simply developed, and perhaps regardless of whether or not Czechoslovakia is overtaking in this direction. Of course, the same can be said of a number of other countries (in Europe, eg Spain, etc., etc.)…

Well, when you think about it, "everyone in that state would resign," but he has to be replaced by someone. someone is counting on it - are the candidates ready, they have the finances for it, etc. So I'm afraid that if Zeman even wants to resign, he will determine exactly the time he agrees with "someone". And until you the elections will be - see Article 66 of the Constitution, the trio would be held by the Prime Minister (which is still Babiš), the Speaker of the Chamber of Deputies, the Speaker of the Senate. one can expect an early locdown and activation of the armed forces during it, all under the leadership of the government (and still the one with Babiš), it will be dense…

That I'm talking about it, history knows the concept of Pyrrh's victory, which is happening to Fiala and his five-party coalition right now.

But she has already lost this win, Babiš's government is still sitting there, and it will declare a state of emergency today or tomorrow, and, as I look, a lot of bans. As you can read elsewhere, it already generates a lot of costs until next year. , when the lockdown will be here for a month under Babiš's government, Pyrrhos was a brilliant strategist against them.

Everything has two sides. If Zeman stomps his foot and makes trouble, he will immediately have a constitutional lawsuit. But now it's better to let Zeman live and use the time to investigate Babiš's cases. I assume that convicted Babiš cannot become president. Babis has already launched his presidential campaign. The problem is that Zeman will decide on the further composition of the CNB Board. And both Babiš and Zeman have the same interest. This will lead to lower interest rates, and for a couple we have the Turkish lira out of our currency. The president should have the power to decide on the composition of the CNB's members. As soon as it does more damage. Lower rates would bring Babis hundreds of millions for his companies.

The factual and legitimate arguments of Jan Urban are confirmed by President Zeman's sad state and the continuation of the castle farce with the government's resignation, and as today's press conference (November 25, 2021) revealed, postponing the appointment of a new government.

You also forgot to mention tanks and armored personnel carriers, which forced us to switch to heavy industry from the CCCP, as a result of which our once largest lignite reserves in the world are running out. And as for the Tatras, after the war, in countries where there were no roads, it was king with its air-cooled engine. However, due to the size of the CCCP and the maximum unification of spare parts, it was not allowed to innovate in any significant way, so at the moment of demand for tow trucks, it fell out of the game due to a low-performance engine.

Pavle, you are right, but it is useless to report it to former comrades. .The strategy of our economic policy at the time was the production of cars, light industry and chemical industry. These views led to the execution site, among others, Clementis and Co. NHKG, VSŽ Košice, replaced high-quality Swedish iron ore with low-quality Soviet ore and it was painted. The environment significantly deteriorated.
