In stores, there is a limit of 15 meters per customer, people must have their mouths and noses covered, and they should disinfect their hands when entering the store. Catering establishments in the OC may continue to issue snacks only with them, children's corners, cinemas or fitness centers may not operate.

Due to the second wave of the pandemic, the government banned retail sales from October 22. It allowed a short, roughly three-week break-up in December, but due to the bad epidemic situation, most stores were not allowed to reopen after Christmas.
