I would come back here, just to know what all the headmasters must do and all those who work in the education system, so I found out from the primary kindergarten, I warn, from Rybitví, so I searched the school rules of elementary school.So it is the order that responds to the Covid pandemic, because it is the school rules from 2020-21, and there are several articles that determine some rules, and I think it would be beneficial if we would be hereWe have also revived the way we have some influence on it and we can somehow shift the functioning of schools so that children can go to school, but at the same time not two or three months of some extraordinary holidays or lockdowns, etc.., because nobody wants it here, no one longs for it, and the less working parents who have children who have for distance teaching must of course deal with.Employers are not happy about it, and then the individual businesses are looking for employees abroad, because they usually come here without children, so this problem with distance lessons then do not concern these employees.But unfortunately in the Czech Republic it causes a completely different type of problems.

As far as these elementary school school rules are concerned, there is a common objective of all employees of the school and the legal representatives of the pupils to help each pupil in his individual development and allow pupils to go to school.So I would stab that here, because if the children would not like to go to the school, it unfortunately happens now that the children after the distance teaching, that they do not want to go to the team, and I think this is verybeneficial.The basic condition for coexistence and developing mutual quality relationships is meaningful, understandable and all the school rules observed.Of course, the rights and obligations of pupils, their legal representatives at school and the details of their relationships at school must correspond to the school employees.

And then there are the rights and duties of pupils.Pupils have the right to education and school services according to the Education Act.I am hereby just encountering the functioning of the companions, because in schools this regime is very poorly operated by retinue, or they do not work there at all.Then I think that it works in a distance manner now, that parents either call school or have a parent association online.Well, what to add?Establish within the school of self -governing bodies of pupils, vote and be elected, to work in them and through them to contact the headmistress of the school or the school board, saying that the headmistress of the school or the school board is obliged to deal with the opinions and statements of these self -governing bodies andjustify an opinion on them.

I do not know if you have captured the case - now I do not know if it was in Germany or in Austria, but it was in one of the German -speaking countries - that the child wrote there in the garden by the window in front of the school to keep the test missing.So this is exactly the example, which of course is contrary to this point of our Czech order and I hope that this far will not really get here in the Czech Republic.

Here one of the other points is to actively participate in teaching and be properly prepared and equipped for teaching.So I think it is clear, because the attendance to school is the foundation and it is clear that children must be equipped with some pencils, pencil case, books etc..Thus, they must respect the instructions of the school on health and safety protection, follow the principles of safety and hygiene during the teaching and outside the school and at schools outside the school building, eg.traffic rules.Well, this is a relatively bad example, but of course it applies to the protection of the airways and of course to some hygiene of hand, if they go somewhere at the event from school by tram or subway, then I think it is absolutely fine in terms ofthe hands.To observe the school regime.Well, what director sets up the regime at school, I think it is clear to everyone here.
