Is there a good book on the first page when we start reading? Yes. Anyone who reads a lot, different genres and literature that is formally at a higher level, can eventually distinguish what is good and why. Many bookworms read a lot, but only a certain genre. When someone only likes detective stories or fantasy, critical thinking doesn't open up to them much.

About how many books do you read a year? Until recently, I ran online marketing at a publishing house. I read because it made me a better marketer. When I was supposed to offer a book, I wanted to know it and who would like it. A huge number of books are published and it is almost impossible for readers to find their way around. So my job was to make certain books stand out. I read less now, I think it's just under two hundred books a year.
