How many people have a last will for a notary? In the last five years alone, notaries have written over a hundred thousand wills. People find their own will increasingly important because they prefer the ability to determine for themselves what is to happen to their property. And they also do not want to cause quarrels and quarrels between relatives by leaving this world. He will therefore divide the property according to himself in the will. If they did not write it down, everything would be divided in accordance with the legal inheritance classes, so that some more distant relatives or friends would have nothing to do or co-ownership of some things. Friends and possibly also institutions do not remember the inheritance classes, they only include relatives or friends and companions after at least a year of living in the same household or in economic dependence.
