I gained 25 kilos during my pregnancy, now I am losing weight, Renata Langmannová admitted<

On July 6, 2021, Renata Langmann (34) gave birth to a daughter, Meda, in September. The model and winner of the Czech Miss 2006 admitted that she gained 25 kilos during pregnancy, which she is now trying to lose weight. In an interview with iDNES.cz, she also described how her marriage and the birth of a child affected her marriage to Ondřej Novotný (42).

Even after giving birth, you have a great figure. How do you work on yourself? Now I work quite intensively on my character. I gained 25 pounds during my pregnancy. Getting rid of them is quite laborious. I try to maintain a healthy diet and not eat too sweet. I also exercise a lot, do cardio and do Pilates. So I lose weight by moving and adjusting my diet. This is my recipe for a good figure.

Will you lead a healthy lifestyle and your daughter Meda when she grows up? I guess I won't let her have everything she wants, because the kids want sweet too. But I will try to give her mainly quality things. If sweet, then from good ingredients.

You are now a full time mom. Does it suit you, or are you slowly looking after some work? I'm not that a full-time mom. I am a co-owner of a communication agency and at the moment we have a lot of work at the moment. I admit that the connection between motherhood and work is sometimes a nut for me. But somehow I can handle it. I also have a great colleague who will help me with a lot of things or take them over for me.

It is said that after the wedding there is a change in the relationship between the partners and after the birth of the child as well. How is it with you? I definitely felt a change for the better. I have a feeling that the child has brought us both together again. We are parents and family now, it's a little different and very nice.

Recently, as a family, you were all on vacation together. Is it even possible to call it with a small child? We have been on vacation several times, but of course it is completely different than when you go without a child. I think only parents can imagine that.

You already know what motherhood means. Would you like another baby anyway? Not at the moment, because I've had enough anyway. But we will see into the future. I do not know yet. We will either stay with one or there will be more children.

What are your plans for the summer? I'm going to say goodbye to my friends in Split, Croatia. This will be the first time I put the baby to my grandmother. I wonder how I'll handle it. My daughter will definitely do great. And I'm looking forward to finally getting some sleep again.
