Petition for dismissing Bc.Ivana Vocetková, director of kindergarten Jílovská<

We signed below, through this petition we ask the BC withdrawal.Ivana Vocetková, current director of kindergarten Jílovská.

Since the entry of Mrs Vocetková, we have seen a significant deterioration in the functioning of the kindergarten (September 2019).It is primarily a high turnover of staff, which has a bad impact on the development and mental state of children.In order for a child to fully develop, it needs to run into a stable and kind device without constant changes.

In January, the janitor left, who was very popular in a team of parents and children and known for their kindness, diligence and healthy empathy for children.He worked here for 25 years.

We have a reasonable suspicion that the director is incorrect with the original employees and they then leave due to psychological pressure.

But a bad impact on a team of teachers is nothing new with Mrs. Vocetková.The same problems occurred in the kindergarten of Lipence, where she worked as a director up to 30.4.2019 before resigning.

We require an immediate examination of the above situation and the appeal of Mrs. Vocetková from the office of director.
