People ask me to deprive them of Babiš and expel him, says Petr Fiala<

ODS would not cooperate with the YES movement after the elections, according to its chairman Petr Fiala, even if Andrej Babiš no longer stood at his head. The chairman of the Civic Democrats also said in an interview for Echo24 that he wants to look at the intersection of the program with the Pirates and the mayors, with whom he would like to create a coalition, but criticizes some proposals for the Pirates he calls the "new left".If Fiala became a prime minister, some coronavirus measures at present, some of which would be released, on the contrary, he did not comment on the abolition of demonstration by Covid.

According to Kantar's survey, you are lagging as the second coalition together for the first YES for about a percentage and a half, which is at the statistical error level. How do you want voters, including those undecided in the final days of the campaign, that your coalition should vote?

Our campaign is still full of surprises, so we're going to be going.Of course I will not reveal that.I always meet people on the streets, make a campaign from door to door, people and other coalition leaders watch together in debates, they can take a picture of themselves. And wherever I talk to people, there is a huge support and hope that we will succeed in those elections and bring a change. We will continue this in the next days and I will convince people that this time there is a chance to win and change policy actually came. Now it's really about everything.

You have acted in Lány with President Zeman last week.He said several times in the past that the formation of a new government will entrust the leader of the strongest party, not a coalition.Does Milos Zeman continue to do?

I think it is important that the opposition leader speaks to the President of the Republic and is a dialogue.Yes, the President formulated his opinion, he does not even conceal the support of the YES movement. But President Zeman is also a person who emphasizes that the opinions are to change. When our result is convincing enough, I am sure that President Zeman will convince that there should be a government that the coalition will lead together.

According to a survey of Kantar of Sunday last Sunday, the coalition together, the pirates and mayors would have a close majority, but according to some other surveys it does not have it.How would you proceed if you would not reach the desired 101 deputies?

The voters decide.I do everything I do now to be as successful as possible and convince people that if populists with extremists ruled here, which is a completely real threat, the way in the wrong direction is.And people understand that.Everyone sees everything now becomes more expensive. The government really did not manage the basic things. For example, a budget that is completely disastrous and debt almost fastest from all over the European Union. Not to build apartments, roads.Housing becomes unavailable for young people, nothing is done with education, there was no pension reform. So you just can't move on.A political change is needed.I try to convince people about it and I believe they will give us the voice. And after the elections we will see.

Who would you not cooperate with?

It is clear. We have said many times that we cannot imagine cooperation with the Communists and the SPD, but for us it is not possible for us, and most of the questions in the election interviews are heading, cooperation with the YES movement. They have caused what we are fighting against and what we want to change. It is also Andrej Babiš, his conflict of interest, the fact that politics is done here in favor of his personal interests. This is one problem. But the second problem is disastrous debt, price growth. That bothers those people.

If it was necessary for the style of the Polish model - yes, but without Prime Minister Babiš, perhaps with Prime Minister Vondrák, wouldn't that change for you either?

It means nothing.First - yes without Andrej Babiš is unimaginable. No Polish model can be.I do not want to go into any comparison, but in Poland politics is based on completely different things and Kaczynski is certainly not comparable to Andrej Babiš.It is not possible to compare some political beliefs and personal interests where the policy is completely indifferent and it is only about satisfying power and other interests. This cannot be compared. The YES movement is Andrej Babiš and the YES movement mainly caused all the problems we have here.Who is responsible for the budget?Of course Andrej Babiš and Alena Schillerová.See results in the field of transport or industry and trade, such as Mr. Havlíček, investigating the crash at Bečva.And so I could continue. It just doesn't make sense. We cannot go with those who have caused this.We need a political change.

How do you differ significantly with the second coalition of Pirates and Stan and what do you have penetration?

We have two coalitions here. One is right -wing, that's ours. And the second is more of the middle -time, it is a pirate coalition. And the differences there of course are.We don't like a lot of ideas that pirates come with like a new left.We certainly do not want to question our participation and fulfillment of NATO duties. But I don't want to put anything to them.I take care now to be as strong as possible and get the most support of voters for our agenda. And then we will deal with that.

What is also important on the other coalition is that it is not only pirates, but also mayors, which is a party that is certainly politically close to us, I have said many times and I do not conceal it.We will have to find the intersections of those programs and agree on some joint journey. But both coalitions want political change, they don't want to continue populism. They want the Czech Republic to move on.This is important at the moment.

Lidé mě žádají, abych je zbavil Babiše a vyhnal ho, říká Petr Fiala

Andrej Babiš may have launched attacks with the aim of obtaining right -wing voters by winning the Pirates. He got into a dispute with them for billboards, in the debates arguing with their chairman Ivan Bartoš, often it is migration. Can Babiš's hard criticism of pirates to vacuum some voters?

Andrej Babiš has criticized for eight years ODS, in every debate is unable to talk about what he did and would like to do, but only about what happened here some ten years ago.I am used to criticism.Various misinformation servers and other things are also used here. It's not so one -sided.I'm not afraid that Andrej Babiš would get right -wing voters.Every person who is responsible likes freedom, he also thinks about economic things, it is clear that Andrej Babiš is no way for him.

But most importantly - I speak to those people on those streets. Those who want to vote have a basic requirement: “Get rid of us."I quote," Shit the Babiš, do something about it, we believe in you."There is no hesitation that they could incline to him. They see what happened. And they are not stupid.People take care of what is happening with the budget. They don't care. They know we'll have to pay it.They know that each of us had owed 160 thousand and now owes 226 thousand. It's not that the money will conjure up somewhere.Do not join. Those people understand that when their children do not have a perspective that they will live decently, have the appropriate education, that this is a problem. The pensioners come to me and say, “Don't think that all pensioners choose Babiš, it's not that.I sent the money I got extra for charitable.I want my children and grandchildren to have some perspective."So those people understand that Andrej Babiš is not the way.

In previous campaigns, the ODS had a petition for preserving the Czech crown and accentuated some other, say more conservative or Eurosceptic topics.Maybe now we don't hear the ODS much about the Green Agreement on Europe.Andrej Babiš writes on Facebook versions that he will leave people a crown and never allow the euro, I have not noticed such a definition against the euro.Is it a lot that you are in a coalition with TOP 09 and KDU-ČSL that have a different perspective on the euro and European questions?

Andrej Babiš comes up with topics that are not at all on the agenda. No adoption of the euro is a topic for the next government. This is completely unrealistic, even if someone wanted to.This is not just a topic. We are at our belief that Euro is not advantageous for the Czech Republic, nothing changed. But at the same time we see what is happening, and therefore we have in the program that companies could charge in the euro.Because it will help those who move in an international environment. For the Czech Republic, however, the Euro in the next four years is no topic at all.Let Andrej Babiš say what he wants, the topic is not.

But the green agreement is completely different.Andrej Babiš approved her.I underline it several times. He approved it and he did not negotiate advantageous conditions for the Czech Republic. Nám se Zelená dohoda v této podobě nelíbí, aleAndrej Babiš approved her. What we do not like is that there is no bargain for the Czech Republic in the sense of the core.We would need to be there that the core is a clean supported energy source. And that is not there.Unfortunately it works in that Europe so that there are some moments when you vote unanimously and when you have a chance to get others to some concession. And Andrej Babiš wasted, which is exactly the populist policy. He goes here and says "I fight here for you in Europe" but in Europe did not fight anything at all.

You said a green agreement is a reality. Why?

I said the Green Agreement because Andrej Babiš approved her is a reality at the moment. But that we should accept it, no.We are to negotiate the fulfillment of the agreement so that it is advantageous for the Czech Republic.

So people should not be reconciled to the fact that in the coming years electricity will go significantly in price, which is threatening?

By no means. And on the contrary, I ask the government now to discuss the price of emission allowances or the way of trading in emission permits that drive energy prices up because the European Commission has withdrawn for certain reasons a certain amount of emission allowances and the Czech Republic needs to be found alliesIn that it works differently with the emission permits. So this is a thing that I would do in the government immediately and which is definitely necessary to change. What you need to see is that many of the decisions we are talking about is already in the business sector to some extent outside the field of politics. And the right policy is such that we see it and respond to it.I will give you an example. When we talk about whether the end of coal by 2038 or 2037, we must also see that one of the largest players on the EPH market has already announced that it will end 2030 for economic reasons. And this is the reality to work with.So not that we accept everything. Not at all.But we have to see political reality and we have to try to use things and change these things to serve the interests of the Czech Republic and Czech citizens. We are a country that may not be all energy, and I will remind us that we are an industrial country only from renewable sources. We do not have natural conditions, we need a core. This is a completely life necessity for our country.

Isn't the coalition ideologically emptied together?

Is not and shows our program. It is a program of a strong center -right coalition entity and is an offer for voters middle class from the center to the right to not be afraid of your voice and does not feel that its voice may be lost or can be weak.To know that the election entity has a chance to win those elections. What we will interpret, let's look abroad. The parties of our focus in some countries form one political party. Here we had the situation that the central part of the spectrum is somehow fragmented and we did a huge and bold thing that we got together. And people appreciate that.We do not save anyone other than the voice of the central voter to have the strength.

Let's go to the budget."Savings will not only be sufficient on the expenditure party," said the chairwoman of the National Budget Council Eva Zamrazilová.However, you say that you will not raise taxes but consolidate public finances by cutting state expenses. How do you want to lure the hole in the budget when economists say that it is not real by cutting expenditure?

We are convinced that he is, but of course, while maintaining economic growth. This is the basic condition. This is the income page.We assume that if the growth is somewhere around four, four and a half percent, which are very cautious estimates of both the Ministry of Finance and European bodies for the Czech Republic, and we have an additional income of 80 to 100 billion a year. And this is to be preserved and it is also necessary to take measures that are for the benefit of business and do not go against it to keep the growth.

The buried dog is on the expenditure side.Expenditure over the last four years grew by 600 billion crowns, which is 50 %.When you imagine your household or a business where expenses in such a short time increase by half, you have to hell to make it to earn it and have revenue. And here the revenue those expenses do not cover. We have to deal with those expenses and what we are certainly able to achieve is to save 100 billion crowns annually.Already last year in the preparation of the budget for this year, we showed from the opposition where to save specifically 82 billion. So when we are in government, we are able to save the 100 billion.Let no one tells me that it is not possible. To imagine everyone: it's less than six percent of expenditure. After all, every household, every company can do.This government takes care of the budget's income side, they take something all the time, gaining people and companies doing and paying taxes, but it is still flying away on the expense, and the state services are not better. And that must change.

Do you agree that even at a time of slight increase in the number of infected and hospitalized, and also at a time when everyone who wants, can be vaccinated and thus prevent serious course of the disease, did they have to wear masks?

I lead the debate with our team anticovid members, they understand it.And they recommend wearing robes where people from different environments meet in a small space. This is needed by public transport. On the contrary, they say that the recovery of measures should be considered where people meet in a stable team.I think that is the way you can go.If the government behaved the way I behave, that I listen to the opinions of experts and talk to them about those possibilities, then there would be no such crazy chaos.

If you were in the government in two months, would the measures in the form of robes that apply now would you relax a little?

Yes, but in that direction I have described here and, based on discussion with people who understand it.

If you ruled, would people have to be non -infectious (test, healing or vaccine) for visits to restaurants or stadiums and prove with the Covidal passports that are now true?

Some form of protection is necessary.Perhaps we want antibodies to be recognized in addition to vaccination, which we are not yet able to achieve. We will see how the situation will evolve, we still do not have sufficient vaccination, we are somewhere in the twentieth place in Europe, which is by no means good.

If you were a prime minister, would it be necessary to prove with Covidal passports when entering restaurants or stadiums?

If the situation improves, we can consider other loosening steps, but if it does not improve, then not.We have to have fun really.I am unhappy about running the disinformation campaign against vaccination because this is the way that will help us.If part of society is not vaccinated, it will not have antibodies, we will be vulnerable. So yes, we can talk about where we will continue to release the measures. The relaxation of measures must make sense, but many of them do not make sense in the past, and therefore people do not like or do not adhere to them at all.

Marian Jurečka recently said that if in a new government where the coalition would be together, there was a marriage for all, it could mean the end of the government.Later took his statement back. But still, does it not show that you are already in some questions in your coalition?

No, we are very united. We all have the same opinion. This is that the vote in these things is a matter of every Member. It must be free vote, they are ethical questions that touch the intimacy of a person and there everyone has the right of their choice.Marian Jurečka said in one interview a sentence that was not well formulated, he himself stated it right and that ends.

Isn't there a threat that the government would fall because of this?

No.

You personally have a marriage for the same -sex couples what opinion?

I do not conceal my opinions.I am convinced that the Institute of Marriage is to be reserved for the relationship between a man and a woman.I have a lot of reasons that are based on my faith and values I believe. On the other hand, it is necessary to say that this attitude certainly does not mean any discrimination of people who live somehow differently.Let's talk about how to create some better legislative environment, but the institute of marriage should be preserved for men and a woman.
